Lead Salesforce Solution Architect Β· Coreflex Solutions
Over a decade helping companies serve their customers better β by understanding how they work first, then building technology around that.
Get in touchI've been working with Salesforce since 2013 and joined Coreflex Solutions in 2019, where I lead solution architecture for clients across industries. Coreflex is a mid-sized consulting firm that also builds its own ISV applications β which means I get to work on both sides of the product and services world.
My approach is pretty straightforward: before I think about technology, I want to understand your business. What's actually happening day to day, where the friction is, and what a better version of that looks like. The best solutions I've built came from those conversations β not from a pre-packaged playbook.
Most of my work lives in Service Cloud and contact center transformation, though right now a big part of my focus is AI and Agentforce. I've worked across a lot of verticals, with particularly deep experience in consumer goods β including a significant amount of work within the Coca-Cola system.
My biggest strength isn't knowing Salesforce inside out β it's understanding how a business actually operates. I find the gaps, map the ideal state, then figure out the right way to build it.
This is my bread and butter. I've gone deep with a number of organizations on contact center transformation β from initial configuration all the way through full program redesigns.
A growing focus of my current work. Helping companies cut through the hype and figure out where AI actually makes sense in their service and operations workflows.
Deep experience in the CG vertical, including significant work within the Coca-Cola system. I understand the nuances of how these organizations operate at scale.
I spend a lot of time outside. The rest of the time I'm usually cooking something, reading, or planning the next trip.
Getting outside with a camera is about as good as it gets. Slowing down enough to actually look at a place makes you see it completely differently.
A winter staple. The mountains in winter are hard to beat.
On foot or on a bike β the longer and more remote, the better.
Been a lot of places and always planning the next one. Traveling changes how you think β it's worth prioritizing.
Both ends of the spectrum β quick weeknight dinners and all-day weekend projects. One of the better ways to decompress.
Always in the middle of something.
